Rotary incremental encoders

The incremental encoder (also called incremental or pulse) is a transducer that generates electrical pulses that determine the angular increase in rotational motion. A characteristic feature of the incremental encoder is the constant number of pulses at the output, which determines the resolution of the measuring system.

We offer TWK incremental encoders with a resolution of 1 to 16 384 pulses per revolution.
