JVL has over 25 years of experience in the field of motion control. The company’s mission is to supply reliable, cost-effective and user-friendly integrated servo & stepper motors.

Both JVL servo and stepper motors include a controller, Nano-PLC, an encoder and a control system, integrated in one device. Integrated JVL motors are compatible with all Industrial Ethernet protocols available on the market.

  • Integrated servo motors

    Brushless servo motors integrated with the controller - all necessary components in one unit The basic idea of the JVL servo motors is to minimize the installation costs but also to make a component that is much better protected against electrical noise which can be a problem when using long cables between controller and motor. The servomotor, hallsensor, encoder and electronics are specially developed by JVL so that together they form an enclosed unit where the power driver and controller are mounted inside the motor in a closed section. The series of integrated servo motors has an expansion modules. It gives an opportunity to connect them with almost any application, eg through Industrial Ethernet (including Profinet, Ethernet / IP, EtherCAT, PowerLink, SERCOS, MODBUS TCP / IP). CANopen, Profibus also RS-232, RS485, Bluetooth, WLAN and ZigBee. The power range of integrated JVL servo motors ranges from 50 W to 4500 W.

    JVL ServoStep integrated stepper motors are an excellent, cost-effective alternative to servo motors in applications that do not require high dynamics. The basic idea of JVL ServoStep integrated stepper motors is to minimize the installation costs but also to make a component that is much better protected against electrical noise which can be a problem when using long cables between controller and motor.

    JVL electromechanical brakes are designed for mounting on stepper motors and servo motors with flange NEMA17, NEMA23 and NEMA34.
