Purposes of processing and legal grounds for processing personal data
Personal data of contact persons at our current and potential contractors (clients, suppliers, public institutions, etc.)
Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation – in the event of the execution of a contract, a purchase order or any other pre-contractual action requested by you. In the case of the conclusion of a contract, such data will be stored for a period of 6 years. They will be stored for a period of 6 years until the operations, purchase transactions and purchase proceedings are completed, and liabilities are paid, settled or time-barred, as well as until all guarantees and warranties for the performance of the contract or order have expired;
and/or
Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation – if the processing of your personal data will be necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller;
or/and
Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation – if a contract has not been concluded your personal data will be processed in order to create analyses, compilations and statistics for our own purposes. Such data will be stored for no longer than 3 years after the last activity on your personal data or until you request their deletion.
Transfer of your personal data
We transfer your data to entities with whom we cooperate for the use of the products and services of suppliers of which you are a representative, e.g. postal, courier, legal, IT services providers.
We do not transfer your data outside the EEA (comprising the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland).
