Challenge:
ALUWIL – The manufacturer of the machine for cutting profiles has already used pneumatic-electric control, working on devices of other brands, which, however, did not provide repeatable accuracy. The investor needed a solution that would be characterized by very high accuracy.
Solution:
We have selected integrated stepper motor with Ethernet/IP for the needs of application. It is compatible with Allen Bradley PLC (JVL is an Encompass Product Partner for Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation).
